Masked Intruder - Wish You Were Mine

So Masked Intruder have been the darlings of pop punk for a little while now. They never really grabbed me until this track. Not sure why, but this song is amazing, and I have finally been converted. Also, I apologize for everyone who will now have this intro in their head.

This this is the perfect level of tongue in cheek romantic and cheesy. Now I just need three friends who want to learn harmonies, a convertible and a friend who wants to impress a girl and we totally got that dude or dudette's back. Track's below the jump.

Circawaves - Good For Me

Alright, I blame the weekend for the smatter of interruptions. I'm just creating some backlog for myself to fill out when I have some more free time over the Christmas holidays.
Today's track is Circawaves with Good for Me. It's that kind of painfully twee indie Brit pop that every summer playlist has a bit of. I like it, some jangly guitars a la early Strokes, some nasal British vocals a la indie pop in the early 2000's. I like it, it's vaguely reminiscent of overheated Australian summers and that one "indie" bar that hasn't shut down in town, but hasn't been good for years(here's to you Rics). This is a summer drinking playlist and I can see myself drinking to this song in summer, so that's a pass. Track's below the jump!

Radioactivity - World of Pleasure

Today's song clocks in at an epic 1:55. That's right, almost two whole minutes. Radioactivity's self titled release made it to 5th on Punknews's fan voted best albums of November. Rightfully so in my opinion. There are a few absolute gems on this album. It's actually funny, if you look at the whole track listing this track has double the plays of most songs on the album. It's catchy as hell and I love it. Looks like embed is disabled, I just linked you to the whole album, so go listen on soundcloud. -A
