Martha, get it togeather mans.

So I found this band Martha and they have this awesome song Sycamore. Their EP only weighs two pounds, and you can get it here. I'd totally love to add this song to the summer playlist, but nothing of theirs is on soundcloud. So you should all go and purchase their album, then send a message saying you were dissapointed you couldn't add it to your playlist. Or something.

Now, on to the song that makes it. It's a new one by and old band again, it's Superchunk's - Void. Officially bringing me to the first point on the Mikey Erg Counter for this playlist. He isn't actually in the band, so I'm calling it one half.

So the song is called Void, it is super cool. Sounds like it is straight out of the 90's. That probably has a lot to do with the fact that it's by Superchunk. I actually didn't even realise they came back to music in 2010 after a 9 year vacation. These guys have always been a good band, constantly listed as one of the best alt/punk bands of that era. Glad to see them still making music that's fun and still having fun with it. Video is below the break.
