Gnarwolves - Funemployed

I totally don't owe you a beer, maybe next week (I'm going to make my offer rolling, unless I have a legit excuse).

So, let's kick off this return with a band that I saw all sorts of murmurings about. Gnarwolves are a UK band who play some distinctly American punk. Very much the skater/pop punk set, right down to their name, I was a bit reserved when I first checked them out. I mean, I love this stuff, but I was really worried they hit all the buttons for "actually not rad dudes". Fortunately, all three people I asked have assured me they have not punched any girls recently.

I dig this very much, it's really Lawrence Arms/BTMI!/etc. Just good pop punk, sometimes the lyrics get a bit cheesy for me, but dude's got a solid voice(and isn't faking the english accent for once), and they play well. Also, because they are radical dudes they stream their album for free! (!!!!) I bought the 7' mainly off the fact that they are offering up the music free.

The stand out track is totally limerance which they conveniently released the clip for last week (below). I really love this track, just the right level of sing along.
